Android 15 AOSP: Google has finally made the source code for Android 15 available on the Android Open Source Project (AOSP) and has confirmed that it will be available on supported Pixel devices in the coming weeks.
Google has also announced that devices from Samsung, Honor, iQOO, Lenovo, Motorola, Nothing, OnePlus, Oppo, Realme, Sharp, Sony, Tecno, Vivo, and Xiaomi will receive this update in the upcoming months.
This indicates that Samsung may launch the One UI 7 beta program for the S24 series after next month’s developers conference and could roll it out before the end of the year.

Android 15 AOSP update
Google has announced that Android 15 updates will start rolling out to other Android smartphones, including those from Samsung, in the coming months. Now that it has access to the Android 15 source code, the company can customize One UI 7 more effectively for the upcoming beta update. Samsung is anticipated to launch the One UI 7 beta program by the end of this month.
One UI 6.1 release date
Samsung is expected to add many more features on top of Android 15. Based on the company’s previous trends, we can anticipate that the initial beta version of One UI 7.0 (which will be based on Android 15) is projected to be released in the third quarter of 2024, while the stable One UI 7.0 update is anticipated to be available for compatible Galaxy phones and tablets in the fourth quarter of 2024.
